The Role

Take raw footage and turn it into high-retention, mind-blowing edits. You'll dictate the pacing, style, and visual identity of our brand across ads, organic content, and YouTube.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-performing short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form (YouTube) content.
• Implement motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to elevate production value.
• Repurpose long-form interviews or podcasts into viral short clips.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize hooks and viewer retention.
• Manage media assets, project files, and maintain extreme organization.

What We're Looking For

• Absolute mastery of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in After Effects for motion graphics and text animations.
• An innate understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention-driven editing.
• Insane attention to detail with sound design and music selection.
• Ability to deliver high-quality cuts quickly under tight deadlines.
