Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how CollabOP uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our platform. It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

Last Updated: September 28, 2026

1. Introduction

Groimon Marketing LLP ("we," "us," or "our") utilizes cookies and tracking technologies on the CollabOP platform to ensure you get the best possible experience. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your personal data.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, CollabOP) are called "first-party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies". Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., interactive content, analytics, and advertising).

Cookies can also be categorized by how long they remain on your device:

  • Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that expire (and are automatically erased) whenever you close your browser. We use these to maintain your secure session while you are actively logged in.
  • Persistent Cookies: These usually have an expiration date and remain on your device until they expire or you manually delete them. We use these to remember your preferences between visits.

3. How We Use Cookies

We use first-party and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our platform to operate. We classify our cookies in the following categories:

Essential / Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our platform and to use some of its features, such as access to secure areas. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the platform, you cannot refuse them without impacting how our platform functions.

Examples: Session tokens to keep you securely logged into your Creator or Brand dashboard, and CSRF tokens to protect your forms against cross-site request forgery attacks.

Performance and Functionality Cookies

These cookies are used to enhance the performance and functionality of our platform but are non-essential to their use. However, without these cookies, certain functionality (like remembering your preferences or login details) may become unavailable.

Examples: Remembering your theme preference (Light/Dark mode) or maintaining your preferred layout in the Media Kit editor.

Analytics and Customization Cookies

These cookies collect information that is used either in aggregate form to help us understand how our platform is being used or how effective our marketing campaigns are, or to help us customize our platform for you in order to enhance your experience.

Examples: Tracking which landing page sections (like the ROI calculator) get the most engagement, helping us improve the platform for both creators and brands.

4. Third-Party Cookies

In some special cases, we also use cookies provided by trusted third parties. The following section details which third party cookies you might encounter through this site.

  • Authentication & APIs: When you connect your YouTube or Instagram accounts to generate a media kit, authentication cookies and tokens provided by Google and Meta are utilized to securely verify your identity without CollabOP ever seeing your password. These are strictly necessary for the Media Kit generation functionality.
  • Analytics: We may use third-party analytics (like Google Analytics) to help us understand how you use the site and ways that we can improve your experience. These cookies may track things such as how long you spend on the site and the pages that you visit.

5. Managing Cookies & DNT Signals

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie preferences by adjusting the controls on your web browser.

Browser Controls: Most web browsers allow some control of most cookies through the browser settings. To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set, visit www.aboutcookies.org. Find out how to manage cookies on popular browsers:

Impact of Refusing Cookies: If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our website though your access to essential functionality (such as logging into secure creator dashboards or connecting your YouTube/Instagram accounts) will be completely restricted.

Do Not Track (DNT): Some internet browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Because there is not yet a universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them.

6. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Please therefore re-visit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.

7. Contact Us

If you have any questions about our use of cookies or other technologies, please contact us.
