User Agreement

These terms govern your use of the CollabOP platform. Please read them carefully before creating your Media Kit.

Welcome to CollabOP. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service

  • Platform Access: The Service provides tools for creators to generate digital "Media Kits" and facilitates connections with elite brands for potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Not an Agency: We provide a platform for connection and tools for management, but we are not a traditional talent agency, talent manager, or employer.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You agree that the information you provide (manually entered data) is accurate. You must not fake screenshots or manually inflate metrics that are not verified by our API connections.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.

3. Collaborations & Fees

  • Platform Fees: Joining the platform and generating a Media Kit is free. When a collaboration is successfully facilitated through CollabOP, we may charge a platform fee of 0% to 20% on the transaction, depending on the arrangement and brand coverage.
  • Payments: All payments for collaborations must be processed securely through the CollabOP platform to ensure guaranteed payment and compliance.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the data and content displayed on your Media Kit. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on your generated URL.

Our Platform: The design, code, and "look and feel" of the Service are owned by Groimon Marketing LLP.

5. API Usage & Platform Dependencies

Our Service functionality depends on access to platforms like YouTube and Instagram. We cannot guarantee that the Service will always function if these platforms change their API rules, restrict access, or experience downtime.

Accuracy: We display data "as received" from the APIs. We are not responsible for discrepancies between the data on your Media Kit and the live platforms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groimon Marketing LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service (e.g., loss of data, loss of potential brand deals).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
