User Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Collab OP platform. Please read them carefully before creating your Media Kit.

Welcome to Collab OP. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service

  • Free Service: The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but we will provide notice before charging for any currently free services.
  • Media Kit Tool: The Service allows users to create a digital "Media Kit" displaying their social media metrics. We are not an agency, talent manager, or employer. We do not guarantee brand deals, sponsorships, or income.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You agree that the information you provide (manually entered data) is accurate. You must not fake screenshots or manually inflate metrics that are not verified by our API connections.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.

3. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the data and content displayed on your Media Kit. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on your generated URL.

Our Platform: The design, code, and "look and feel" of the Service are owned by Groimon Marketing LLP.

4. API Usage & Platform Dependencies

Our Service functionality depends on access to platforms like YouTube and Instagram. We cannot guarantee that the Service will always function if these platforms change their API rules, restrict access, or experience downtime.

Accuracy: We display data "as received" from the APIs. We are not responsible for discrepancies between the data on your Media Kit and the live platforms.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groimon Marketing LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service (e.g., loss of data, loss of potential brand deals).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
